Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world and offer free shipping to the following locations; USA, United Kindom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Singapore and Ireland.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Average shipping times are from thirteen to twenty days. If the product is not delivered within the twenty days, please contact customersupport@thekango.com

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are happy to announce free shipping on all of our products. In the case of desired expedited shipping, additional costs will incur, and customer service will need to be contacted to seek the possibility of it being able to occur. Please see section twelve in our terms and conditions here on shipping for further information.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to make your purchase on The Kango. We accept payment via all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, as well as via your PayPal account.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Your safety and privacy is of the utmost importance at The Kango. All our Credit Card payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. If you choose to checkout with PayPal, the payment comes via PayPal before they draw the funds from your account, so your financial details stay encrypted and protected. PayPal has achieved PCI DSS compliance certification under various programs and standards. Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Once you have found your perfect product on The Kango, just add it to your cart and follow the instructions to check out. You can pay via your PayPal account or via credit card.  Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place your order on The Kango without creating an account, however, if you do decide to skip this step, your details and past order history will not be saved for you to view. 

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact customer service within 12 hours of your purchase to cancel or change an order. After that time your order will be finalized and sent. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Within 24 hours of your purchase you will be sent a tracking number with a parcel tracking link. Insert your tracking number into the form provided on the link for up to date tracking. Please allow 2-3 days initially for the tracking to be commenced.

How Can I Return a Product?

Not happy with your purchase? Depending on the situation, a cash refund may be issued.  Gift certificates and/or store credit may also be awarded in the amount of the original product. Each will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please see section thirteen of our terms and conditions here for more information.
